WE ARE HAPPY TO REPORT NO MORE LEAKS

We got quotes for our leaky foam roof from several companies. A few never showed up at all, one went to the wrong house, another said they'd send a quote and never did... Mark Dunne with Dunne Roofing was the pure opposite of all that usual contractor nonsense! He showed up when he said he would, he kept in constant communication, he sent his quote even faster than expected and shot me a message to let me know he'd e-mailed it. He listened to our issues and explained to us in detail what the pros and cons of the project were, and showed us pictures of our roof to back it up. Based on the pricing he quoted us, his expert knowledge (built from years working in the hot Phoenix desert), and his near magical level of contractor communication skills, hiring him was a no brainer. He even did the work himself! We now have a roof with a warranty (certificate and all) for five years and he'll come by for annual inspections at our request to make sure it's staying in shape. It has rained BUCKETS since he did the work in July and we are happy to report: NO MORE LEAKS, yay!!! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Mark is excellent at taking care of his customers. I have a brand new house and experienced multiple tile damages. The builder refused to pay for the repairs. I called Mark multiple times and he gave me advice and information multi times before I actually had him come out to fix my issues. Mark is very up front and honest. He came out and fixed my problems efficiently and fast. Mark made feel like a VIP customer. I would highly recommend his roofing services to anyone.

DID GREAT QUALITY WORK

I had a little storm damage from the east valley storms in early August, my insurance adjuster said not to bother with a claim because it wouldn't cost enough. I got 4 quotes from folks in the valley, Dunne came in about $800 under the other rip-offs in the valley. Mark was wicked easy to work with, worked with me on scheduling, and did great quality work. I wish more of the Arizona service industry was more like these guys.

Dunne Roofing Service recently completed a foam roofing project on my office. The project came in right on time, on budget and communication was clear from beginning to end. Various aspects of the project were explained prior to beginning, which kept delays and surprises out of the equation.

COMPLETE PEACE OF MIND AND A SOLID 5 YEAR WARRANTY

I collected numerous estimates and was given advice ranging from, you need the entire roof ripped off and redone to, you need a simple application. The estimate prices were all over the place. I went to Facebook, put out a request for anyone who can refer someone. I was given Mark's name and company. Mar'ks price was substantially lower, but he took the time to explain to me why that was. He was in constant communication with me through the entire process, even texting me to let me status of team's arrival. A huge storm rolled in hours after the applications and the work, I received a text right before the storm hit stating, "they were watching it come in and NOT TO WORRY." He called the next morning to check in, as obviously I was concerned. I have complete peace of mind and a solid 5 year warranty that I have no doubt he will honor at any time. Dependable, Professional, Candid and Responsive!!!!!!!!!!!
